Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our services and timelines.

What types of therapy do you offer?

We offer individual therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. We have training in many different therapeutic techniques such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and many others.

How much do assessments cost?

We will bill the following insurances: Blue Cross & Blue Shield and Healthchoice. If you do not have one of these two insurances, our cash pay price is $1675, which covers the intake, testing, report writing, and feedback session. Payment plans are available for cash pay and we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance.

How can I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by calling us at (405) 653-8012 or emailing scheduling@everbloominstitute.com. You may also text us or submit a contact form directly from our website here. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to reach back out to you.

How long is your wait list and how long does the testing process take?

For therapy, we have immediate openings for several providers!

For assessments, we are typically able to get you in within 2 weeks of your initial inquiry for the intake session. The assessment is scheduled a week or two after the intake and the feedback session is 2-4 weeks following the testing appointment.

What resources do you recommend typically?

Many of our recommendations are individual to you or your child. We make sure you receive suggestions for home, school, work, and therapeutic interventions that may be helpful. We often recommend Occupational therapy if you have specific sensory needs or difficulties with emotional regulation. Specific therapeutic techniques are suggested based off your diagnosis and presentation. For example, EMDR therapy is extremely effective in treating trauma.

Do you have any resources for children/teens? How do I explain the assessment and results to my child/teen?

What is the process for your assessments?

Intake: Our intakes are online and last approximately one hour. You will meet with one of our team members and we cover a wide array of questions so we understand your symptoms, concerns, questions, and we develop a plan for the assessment. We will discuss which assessments will be given and why and schedule the assessment. Your child is encouraged to participate for some of the intake, but it is not required. Sometimes we need to discuss experiences and events that would be difficult for your child to hear and we ask that you use your knowledge and judgment regarding their participation.

Testing day: You will come to our office for approximately 2-3 hours where we will administer an IQ test, any academic testing needed, rating scales, and in depth observations. You will receive an email prior to the testing day with many standardized assessments for you to rate yourself or your child.

Feedback day: We schedule a follow up online feedback session with you approximately 3-4 weeks after the testing session.  We will review the results and go over the report by screen sharing and showing you all of the data, diagnosis, and recommendations. We can fax the results to a doctor if you wish and will email you a copy of the report that day.
