Hello, friends. My name is Kait R. Bauer, MCMHC, LPC-C. I am a
Licensed Professional Counselor – Candidate. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma in August 2024 with my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have a client-centered, relational, and strengths-based approach to therapy which means I work collaboratively with clients to empower them to utilize their own resources and interpersonal relationships to reach their goals. I believe that throughout our lives we grow and change through our relationships, including the ones we have with ourselves.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, and interpersonal issues.
